Yummy Stuffed Chicken Breast

Here's the receipe for the stuffed chicken breast.

Ingredients:
•1 large chicken breast
•1 tablespoon philadelphia cream cheese
•1 tea spoon garlic powder
•salt
•mixed herbs
•1 bacon piece (optional)

Method:
1.Preheat your oven to 350F
2.In a small frying pan cook your bacon, remove and dice into small pieces
3.Place the cream cheese, bacon, salt, herbs and garlic in a small bowl and mix together
4.Slice the chicken breasts along the middle creating a "pocket", be careful not to cut all the way through.
5.Spoon in your mixture
6.Close the pocket with your fingers and secure with a toothpick
7.Reheat your pan and sear your chicken breast until brown on both sides
8.Now wrap your chicken in foil and place in the oven for 20 mins
9.Check your chicken is cooked through (not pink) and serve immediately

Me cooking???? What the heck is this?

Ok so this was quite an interesting day....I did go to the store (with a list)got everything I needed to get started.
Breakfast & lunch nothing to brag about, but dinner!!!!! YUMMMM
I made garlic & cream cheese stuffed chicken breast. WAS GREAT. I also made maringue drops. Pretty good but probably will find something better for a dessert/snack.

Grocery store

Making a list of things I need to get started on this plan.  Shouldn't be very hard, I already have lots of what I need.  I did print out several receipes that take no time at all to prepare.  The Mozarella Meatballs, Garlic & cheese Chicken pocket, Meringue Dessert, & Mocha shake sound really yummy.
You can get these recipies at www.mydunkandiet.com. Great resources with lots of info.
Thanks to Stephanie Money for her great ideas and info on this as well.

See ya soon.
